
The Central Washington Family Medicine Residency Program (CWFM-R) is a service of Community Health of Central Washington, a federally qualified health center, whose mission is to provide access to quality healthcare through service and education. As such, the residency program is committed to the development of excellent, board-certified family physicians with demonstrated clinical, technical and interpersonal competencies.

Sponsorship
Central Washington Family Medicine's residency program is a three-year,
18 resident program sponsored by Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital and
Yakima Regional Medical and Cardiac Center.
Accreditation
The residency program was accredited to begin operations in 1993 and
was re-accredited in 1995 and 2001.
